Jenny Soto Fernández is a Panama-licensed attorney and the founding attorney of J. Soto Law, providing bilingual counsel in English and Spanish.
Her practice experience includes commercial, immigration, administrative, maritime, corporate, civil, family, real estate, environmental, contract, mediation, and in-house legal matters. She works with Panamanian and international clients who need practical guidance through local documents, procedures, negotiations, and disputes.
Jenny has led J. Soto Law’s legal practice since 2014. Her earlier work in the United States included legal-administrative, real-estate mortgage, contract, client-service, and business support roles in New Jersey, New York, and California.
